Lion Partners Ltd. was founded on the principle that the quality of services offered by major investment banks should be available to companies that are emerging or have smaller market capitalizations which attract the interest of traditional financing sources.

The typical Lion client is a small to medium sized company whose financing requirements range from $ 2,000,000 to $ 200,000,000. We provide and raise funds for working capital, expansion, equipment, and many other uses. We also structure and advise on mergers and acquisitions and assist companies with accessing the US public capital markets as well as increasing their public profiles. Additionally, as Merchant Bankers, we seek to acquire turnaround, workout, reorganization and special situation transactions.
